Media accreditation

Media representatives who wish to apply for a special accreditation for the Summit must apply no later than by 14 October 2024. In order for the accreditation process to take place as smoothly as possible and taking into account the limited capacity of the premises, we invite you not to postpone the application until the last minute.

To apply for accreditation, please fill in the application form by 14 October: https://crimea-platform-riga.lv/media-acc-form/

The accreditation will provide access to the venue, the media centre of the Summit and a series of side events related to the Summit.

A detailed media programme with media opportunities will be published on the Summit website as the event approaches.

The content of the Summit plenary session is open to the public and can be followed live on the internet.

Accredited media representatives with professional photo and video equipment will be provided with the opportunity to record the Summit in the event room at certain times.

Media representatives will be informed about the granting of accreditation by 22 October in the e-mail indicated in the application form. Please note that the organizers of the event reserve the right to deny accreditation without explaining in detail the reasons for denial.

The accredited media will be able to withdraw special accreditation cards at the Saeima Visitors and Information Centre at Jēkaba iela 16 (entrance from Trokšņu iela), Riga, on 23 October from 9:00 to 19:00, as well as on 24 October from 6:30 to 15:00.
